These terms apply to your use of www.ulwaziglobal.com and to the services provided by ULWAZI GLOBAL Research, Academic, Cultural and Educational Consultancy LLC ("ULWAZI GLOBAL", "we"), including one-on-one isiZulu lessons, tutoring and exam preparation, native conversation mentorship, programs, English-isiZulu translation, copy editing and proofreading, AI writing humanization, and research support on isiZulu language, pronunciation, Zulu culture and the history of the Zulu Kingdom. By using this site, booking a session, or buying a service or gift card, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.
Bookings, payments and your responsibilities
Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through the site unless we agree otherwise in writing. Quotes for translation, editing, and consulting are estimates based on the material you send and are confirmed in writing before work begins. Cancellations and rescheduling follow our Refund Policy. You agree to give accurate information, attend sessions on time, treat tutors and staff with respect, and send only material you have the right to share. We may end a session or decline service if these terms are not followed. Sessions may not be recorded without everyone's permission.
Content, liability and contact
All site content, including lesson materials, audio, text, and the ULWAZI GLOBAL name and logo, belongs to ULWAZI GLOBAL or its licensors and may not be copied or resold without written permission. You keep ownership of documents you send us. We provide our services with care, but we do not guarantee specific results such as exam scores, admissions, or publication. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA.
